Before you can be treated by us you have to follow undermentioned
instructions:

After receipt of your completely filled out and signed anamnesis form we
will contact you as soon as possible. Than we can make an appointment
for the colour frequency test next to the intake-conversation.
This will take approximately 60 minutes. If necessary we will reserve
another additional 30 minutes. (You may also send us a urine sample
for Investigation thirst).
If you rather wish to have more information or wish to have a personal
conversation thirst (in our practice) that of course is not a problem!
