Urine test

If you did not yet filled out an anamnesis form, but first want to have your
urine sample tested, that is not a problem. Following possibilities are available:

Standard urine test (based on a concise indication of complaints).
Extensive urine test (preventative cancer test if desired).

What should i do?

Transfer € 22,50 (standard urine test) or € 45,00 (extensive urine test) to bank
account no. 36.79.10.705 with the Rabo bank in Voorthuizen (Netherlands),
ascripted to Brinkenheide B.V. in Ermelo (Netherlands) stating ‘urine test’.

What next?

After receipt of the money due, we will send you a urine sample set. After having
read a brief note you follow some simple instructions.
Please send your urine sample (cotton bud) in a closed and sufficiently stamped
envelope to:
